GSoC Organizations is designed to work without accounts, advertising, or behavioral tracking. Last updated 6 November 2026.
Browser-local data
Saved organizations are stored only in your browser’s local storage. They are not transmitted to this project or synchronized between devices. The public GitHub star count may be cached for up to 15 minutes in your current browser session. Clearing site data removes locally stored information.
External websites
Organization websites, source repositories, LinkedIn, GitHub, and the official GSoC website are third-party services with their own privacy practices. To display the current repository star count, your browser requests public repository metadata from GitHub without an account token. GitHub may process connection data under its own privacy terms. Following an external link leaves this site.
